Darryl W. Parmenter
Mr. Darryl W. Parmenter founded the company in 1989 and currently serves in the role of Chairman and member of the Advisory Board. Mr. Parmenter has 35 years of experience in real estate acquisition development and management operations. Prior to this, he was a Managing Partner for ten years at Lincoln Property Company where he directed the development, management, and property acquisition program for numerous high rise office properties and mixed-use projects, the development of 701 Brickell Avenue, a 750,000 square foot, 33-story building in Miami, Florida where Parmenter is headquartered. Mr. Parmenter was a Senior Investment Broker at CBRE and was recognized for his outstanding performance by inclusion in the Colbert Coldwell Circle, a designation given only to the top ten percent of brokers nationally. He has been an active Member of the Urban Land Institute on which Mr. Parmenter is a Governor and served on its Urban Development Mixed-Use Development Council for many years. Mr. Parmenter also served in the Marine Corps decorated for his combat command, reaching the rank of Captain. He has served on several national and regional civic and charitable organizations, such as The Baptist Hospital Foundation and the Coast Guard Foundation. Mr. Parmenter was a member of the Real Estate Round Table the real estate industry’s policy organization and the Advisory Board for Institutional Real Estate, Inc. He was also a founding Board Member of the Ocean Reef Club.
John C. Davidson

John C. Davidson
John Davidson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Parmenter Realty Partners. John has been with Parmenter Realty Partners for the past 20 years and oversees investment acquisition, asset management, and investment sales for the company. He also sits on the company’s investment committee. John began his career in Real Estate investing in Office property in the early days of the Resolution Trust Corp (RTC), where he first met Darryl Parmenter and partnered on several Acquisitions.
As Director of the Cardinal Crest Partners Family Office, he was involved with acquisition and asset management, and led the group’s investment strategy into Real Estate. He has owned and operated a variety of businesses, including a mechanical and electrical contracting business that specialized in energy conservation projects which provides him with an in depth understanding of building systems.
John has been a member of several business and industry organizations. He founded the South Florida chapter of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), and served for many years on its international board of directors. He is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he is as member of the Office Development Council.
John has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University.
Michael Holmes is Chief Operating Officer and a Managing Principal with Parmenter in the Atlanta office. Michael joined Parmenter in April 2007 and is responsible for the operations of the firm’s portfolio including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and asset management. Michael is also a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Parmenter, Michael held various positions in the Acquisitions and Construction departments with Wells Real Estate Funds, the predecessor fund manager of two publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts: Piedmont REIT and Columbia Property Trust. Michael earned a B.A. from Marquette University. Michael is a member of NAIOP, REGA, and a founding member of AYREP.
Robert Motes is Principal and General Counsel at Parmenter in the Miami office. Robert joined Parmenter in June of 2008 and is responsible for the legal affairs of Parmenter. He also serves as the Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Parmenter, Robert was a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Holland & Knight LLP. Robert graduated from the University of Houston Law Center with a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, in 1997, and from Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A degree in Finance, cum laude, in 1994. Robert is a member of the Florida Bar.

Jasmine Alvarez, CPA
Jasmine Alvarez is Senior Vice President of Financial Operations with Parmenter in the Miami office. Jasmine oversees the accounting, finance, tax, and treasury operations of Parmenter, and manages the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of day-to-day accounting operations. In addition, she works closely with the investor relations team to provide financial and fund reports.
Nathan S. Reser
Vice President of Asset Management
Nathan Reser is an Asset Manager with Parmenter in the Atlanta office. Nathan manages the assets in Parmenter’ Southeast Region portfolio. He is responsible for repositioning and sales, implementation, development and execution of the business plan for new assets, and oversight of the leasing activities for the assets.
Maureen S. Nez
Vice President of Finance & Portfolio Management
Maureen Nez is Vice President – Finance & Portfolio Strategy at Parmenter in the Miami office. Maureen is responsible for Parmenter’s underwriting of new acquisitions, quarterly valuations, projections and sensitivities of the firm’s assets. She is also actively involved in the acquisition process of the assets.
Areya Keshvari is Vice President of Acquisitions with Parmenter in the Atlanta office. Areya joined Parmenter in 2012 and is responsible for acquisition and investment activity for the firm. Areya has served in many disciplines within the industry including acquisitions, valuation, and investment-management. His’s experiences includes a wide-range of international, private, and institutional equity investing experience. During his career, Areya has transacted and investment- managed behalf of domestic and foreign equity, throughout the US markets.
